OptiBac Probiotics ‘Bifido & Fibre' is a natural option for the support of constipation. It contains 4g of natural prebiotic Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) fibres, combined with Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12®, thought to be the most well-researched strain of Bifidobacteria in the world. This premium probiotic strain is proven to survive to reach the gut alive and has been extensively researched in people of all ages. Suggested for daily use, each easy-to-use sachet provides 5 billion live microorganisms, guaranteed until date of expiry.

Instructions For Use

Adults and children (1 year and over): take one sachet initially. Can be taken with or without food, at any time of day. Up to 4 sachets can be taken if necessary, spread over the course of the day e.g. in the morning and at bedtime, or with meals. Can be taken as required, or on an ongoing basis.

Mixing instructions:
Shake the sachet, then slowly sprinkle contents into a glass of water and vigorously swirl to dissolve fully. Do not use a spoon as this may cause the sachet contents to clump. Drink plenty of water with this supplement.
