All orders above $75 come with free normal delivery (delivery time: between 9am to 10pm) All orders below $75 are charged a flat rate of $5 per normal delivery.
Delivery information can’t be amended once the order has been confirmed. Drop us an email at hello@optibac.com.sg and we’ll do what we can to help! Contact us ASAP if amendments are required as we do not want your orders to be delivered to the wrong hand!
Our logistic partner will contact you on the day of delivery. You may request for the delivery to be dropped off outside your gates or in the riser – but we won’t be able to reimburse or replace your order if it is not received on your end. Alternatively, you may reschedule the delivery from the link sent to you via the SMS from our logistic partner. All missed deliveries will be attempted a second time, after which the parcel will be returned to us. We’d be more than happy to redeliver your orders – Return Fees and additional redelivery fees will apply.
